Fast Gig LLC ("FastGig," "we," "us," or "our") wants you to love our product. If you purchase a lifetime license and decide it isn't the right fit, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date — no questions asked. We believe in our product, and we believe you should have the time to experience it before committing.
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:
Requesting a refund is straightforward. Simply email us at info@fastgig.ai with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your FastGig account. You do not need to provide a reason, though we always appreciate feedback that helps us improve.
Once we receive your refund request and verify your eligibility, we will process the refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Upon processing your refund, your access to FastGig's paid features will be revoked. Any data you created on the platform can be exported before your access ends — we will notify you via email so you have time to save your work.
Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
FastGig reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify affected users by email or through a notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. The refund terms that applied at the time of your purchase will govern your refund eligibility.
