1. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Fast Gig LLC ("FastGig," "we," "us," or "our") wants you to love our product. If you purchase a lifetime license and decide it isn't the right fit, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date — no questions asked. We believe in our product, and we believe you should have the time to experience it before committing.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

  • Your refund request is made within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date
  • The purchase was made directly through FastGig (not through a third-party reseller or promotional partner, unless otherwise stated)
  • It is your first purchase of a FastGig lifetime license (repurchases after a previous refund are not eligible)

3. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is straightforward. Simply email us at info@fastgig.ai with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your FastGig account. You do not need to provide a reason, though we always appreciate feedback that helps us improve.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request and verify your eligibility, we will process the refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Upon processing your refund, your access to FastGig's paid features will be revoked. Any data you created on the platform can be exported before your access ends — we will notify you via email so you have time to save your work.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

  • The refund request is made more than 30 calendar days after the original purchase date
  • The account has been previously refunded for a FastGig lifetime license purchase
  • The account has been terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service
  • Evidence of abuse, fraud, or misuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchases and refund requests)

6. Changes to This Policy

FastGig reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify affected users by email or through a notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. The refund terms that applied at the time of your purchase will govern your refund eligibility.
